Ken’s major photography exhibition was in 2006 when his retrospective covering 50 years of photography, from childhood days to his work as an international photojournalist, was exhibited as “Ken Ball: Then & Now”. The exhibition was made possible through funding support from the NSW Ministry for the Arts. Ken edited 42,000 negatives for the exhibition of 80 images.

He now exhibits several times each year in art galleries in Australia and North America, featuring his more artistic fine art photography works.  These popular exhibitions have included:
